Parking & Transit

Parking is extremely limited at both our ceremony site and our backup rain location Annisquam Village Church. Private vehicles are not permitted at either site. All guests must park at the Gloucester Elks and utilize the provided shuttle transportation, which will operate regardless of the weather

Rain Plan

In the event of inclement weather, indoors at the historic Annisquam Village Church. We will make the official weather call ahead of time and make all guests aware of the change. The shuttle timing and 3 pm departure from the Elks will remain the same

Restrooms

There are no toilet facilities available at the ceremony site. Please plan ahead and use the restroom at the Elks before boarding the shuttle

Footwear

The ceremony will take place on grassy terrain. We recommend choosing flats, wedges, or block heels over Stilettos

Unplugged Ceremony

We want you to be fully present with us. We ask that all cell phones, cameras, and tablets remain silenced and put away during the ceremony
